Organic Arabica coffee from Thailand grows in between certain trees, well shielded from direct sunlight – which coffee plants do not like too much. Growing in the humid shadows on soils from rich organic compost, we create the ideal precondition for healthy Arabica coffee plants with aroma-rich fruits.
Although our farm does not lie in high mountainous altitudes, we are cultivating an organic strain that does not need those high altitudes in order to produce quality coffee. As a result of pure organic treatment and rich organic fertilizers, our Arabica coffee is sought after by many producers roasters – not only because it can be used to roast organic certified coffee but also because its taste and aroma does surpass many chemically grown coffee varieties.
